摘要： A preparation method of zinc oxide nanowire is provided to prevent a prepared device having the nanowire from thermal damage by employing ultrasonic energy at relatively low temperature, to form the zinc oxide nanowire at desired point in order to obtain electronic element and to obtain flexible display element having the nanowire. A preparation method of zinc oxide nanowire comprises steps of: forming a Zn layer on the surface of a substrate; patterning the Zn layer; and soaking the substrate(20) having patterned Zn layer in a mixture solution(10) comprising a solution having Zn and a solution for ionizing Zn, and forming a ZnO nanowire(40) on the Zn layer by means of an ultrasonic generator(30). An alternative preparation method of zinc oxide nanowire comprises steps of: forming a patterned photoresist layer on the substrate; forming a Zn layer on the substrate and on the photoresist layer from an upper side of the substrate; soaking the substrate having a patterned Zn layer in a mixture solution comprising a solution having Zn and a solution for ionizing Zn, and forming the ZnO nanowire on the Zn layer by means of an ultrasonic generator; and removing the photoresist layer.

摘要： PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a self-aligned nano channel array is provided to shorten an interval of process time and simplify a fabricating process by using a well-aligned nano channel array. CONSTITUTION: The first alumina layer having a channel array by a plurality of vacancies is formed on an aluminum substrate(11) by the first anodizing oxide process. The first alumina layer is etched by a predetermined depth to form a plurality of concave grooves on the aluminum substrate such that the concave grooves are formed by the bottom portion of each channel(14a) of the first alumina layer. The second alumina layer having a plurality of channel arrays corresponding to the concave groove is formed on the aluminum substrate by the second anodizing oxide process.

摘要： A method of manufacturing a nanochannel-array and a method of fabricating a nanodot using the nanochannel-array are provided. The nanochannel-array manufacturing method includes: performing first anodizing to form a first alumina layer having a channel array formed by a plurality of cavities on an aluminum substrate; etching the first alumina layer to a predetermined depth and forming a plurality of concave portions on the aluminum substrate, wherein each concave portion corresponds to the bottom of each channel of the first alumina layer; and performing second anodizing to form a second alumina layer having an array of a plurality of channels corresponding to the plurality of concave portions on the aluminum substrate. The array manufacturing method makes it possible to obtain finely ordered cavities and form nanoscale dots using the cavities.
