    • A preparation method of zinc oxide nanowire is provided to prevent a prepared device having the nanowire from thermal damage by employing ultrasonic energy at relatively low temperature, to form the zinc oxide nanowire at desired point in order to obtain electronic element and to obtain flexible display element having the nanowire. A preparation method of zinc oxide nanowire comprises steps of: forming a Zn layer on the surface of a substrate; patterning the Zn layer; and soaking the substrate(20) having patterned Zn layer in a mixture solution(10) comprising a solution having Zn and a solution for ionizing Zn, and forming a ZnO nanowire(40) on the Zn layer by means of an ultrasonic generator(30). An alternative preparation method of zinc oxide nanowire comprises steps of: forming a patterned photoresist layer on the substrate; forming a Zn layer on the substrate and on the photoresist layer from an upper side of the substrate; soaking the substrate having a patterned Zn layer in a mixture solution comprising a solution having Zn and a solution for ionizing Zn, and forming the ZnO nanowire on the Zn layer by means of an ultrasonic generator; and removing the photoresist layer.
