    • PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing a metal oxide precursor which has the improved solubility in organic solvents and is thus used in forming thin layer. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing a metal oxide precursor bismuth - strontium - tantalium oxide(SBT) precursor comprises the steps of: adding solvents and crown ether compounds into bismuth compounds having C1 to C8 alkylcarboxylate and mixing them to produce a first solution; adding strontium compounds having C1 to C8 alkylcarboxylate ligands into the first solution and mixing them to produce a second solution; adding tantalium compounds having C1 to C5 alkoxide ligands into the second solution and mixing them to produce bismuth - strontium - tantalium oxide(SBT) precursor solution; and removing solvents from the SBT precursor solution.

    • PURPOSE: A power module is to form a bending portion and a groove for supporting the bending portion on a terminal, thereby preventing deviation of the terminal from an inserting port of a holder. CONSTITUTION: The power module comprises an inserting port(22). The inserting port is disposed with a uniform interval on a holder(21). A terminal(23) is inserted into the inserting port. The terminal has a bending portion(24). The bending portion is formed with an irregular protrusion in the form of a notch in its middle position. To receive the bending portion, the inserting portion has a groove. The terminal is comprised of an upper portion and a lower portion. In consideration of heat expansion, the lower portion has a bending portion in the form of S shape. When the terminal is inserted into the inserting port, the lugged bending portion(24) is closely adhered to groove of the inserting port.
