CONSTITUTION: A baking oven device for evaporating solvent of a photoresister comprises a frame(12), a heating plate(14), an oven cover(16), and a cooler. The heating plate is mounted on the frame and a wafer to be baked is seated on the plate. The oven cover covers the heating plate to reduce heat loss. The cooler is mounted on the heating plate to rapidly drop the temperature of the heating plate. The cooler consists of a cooling plate(32) having an inlet and an outlet and is mounted on the bottom of the heating plate; a cooling water supply line(34) connected to the inlet of the cooling plate; and a drain line(36) connected to the outlet of the cooling plate and drains hot water.

A pattern(130) is formed by partially etching a second conductive semiconductor layer. The pattern includes a plurality of convex units. A second conductive type electrode(123a) electrically connected to the second conductive semiconductor layer is formed on the upper side of the pattern.

    • PURPOSE: Vacuum tweezers are provided to minimize an electrical impact on a wafer, by making frictional electricity generated in an interface between the vacuum tweezers and the wafer leak through a ground line when the vacuum tweezers come in contact with or are separated from the wafer. CONSTITUTION: A tweezers body(50) functions as a handle, composed of a circular rod type. A hole(55) is formed in the center of the tweezers body so that air can passes through the hole. An absorbing head(70) has a plurality of absorbing holes(75), installed in a side of the tweezers body so that air can be absorbed. A vacuum pressure control unit(60) controls the air passing through the center of the tweezers body, installed in a side of the outer circumference of the tweezers body. A vacuum line(40) makes a vacuum pressure supplied to the tweezers body, installed in an end of the side part of the tweezers body in a direction opposite to the air absorbing head installed in the tweezers body. A ground wire(10) makes the frictional electricity generated in the air absorbing head leak to the ground(9). One end of the ground wire is connected to the air absorbing head, and the other end of the ground wire is connected to the ground.
