A header generating unit(550) generates a header of a femto cell control signal, and a resource allocation unit(560) allocates the resources for the transmission of the data from the femto cell.

    • PURPOSE: A femto cell base-station apparatus and a self-configuring method thereof are provided to minimize damage to macro cells by performing self-configuration to minimize interference to adjacent macro cells or other femto cells and allowing the femto cells to maximally secure its own area, and a self-configuring method thereof. CONSTITUTION: A femto cell base station apparatus(1) includes an antenna(100), a wireless signal transmitting/receiving unit(200), a transmitting/receiving separator(300), a receiver(400), a preamble extractor(500), a power allocator(600), a preamble selector(700), a resource allocator(800), a demodulator(900), an inverse frame generator(1000), a decoder(1100), a preamble generator(1200), a modulator(1300), a frame generator(1400), and a transmitter(1500). The wireless signal transmitting/receiving unit transmits/receives signals from femto cells and macro cells through the antenna. The transmitting/receiving separator separates received signals that are applied from the antenna and signals that are transmitted from the transmitter. The receiver receives the signals from the femto cells and the macro cells that are separated by the transmitting/receiving separator. The preamble extractor extracts preambles from the signals from the femto cells and the macro cells that are received by the receiver. They are then separated into signals corresponding to the femto cells and signals corresponding to the macro cells. The signals from the femto cells are transmitted to the demodulator 900 and the signals from the macro cells and the femto cells are transferred to the power allocator. The power allocator allocates the transmission power of the femto cell base station apparatus during an initialization step.

    • A communication system for transceiving a signal and a method therefor are provided to minimize the inter-cell interference and improve the frequency use efficiency by applying schemes for the frequency reuse in the inner region and outer region of a cell together. A signal transceiving system comprises the followings. In case a mobile station(MS) 1 is positioned inside, a base station(BS) transmits a signal to the MS 1 through the first type of sub channel(411) of a DL sub frame(401) of the first sub frequency band(410). The MS 1 transmits a signal to the BS through a sub channel(413) of the first type of UL sub frame(403) of the first sub frequency band(410). In case the mobile station is positioned outside, the BS transmits a signal to an MS 2 existing in the external region through a sub channel of the second type of DL sub frame of the first sub frequency band.

The perforated plate prevents the discharge of the heat generated from a cooking chamber. The perforated plate comprises projection holes(137).     • A method and an apparatus for reducing inter-cell interference in a communication system are provided to increase the frequency reuse rate at a cell boundary and improve system performance by applying an erasure coding scheme in order to reduce errors in data transmission in a range which a common channel cannot be decoded in. An MS(Mobile Station) receives neighbor cell search information from neighbor cells(200). Based on the neighbor cell search information, the MS judges whether neighbor cell searching is possible(202). If so, the MS confirms whether it is possible to decode the common channels of the neighbor cells(204). If so, the MS determines whether to estimate the whole band channels of the neighbor cells or to use the average channel gain(206). In case it is possible to estimate the whole band channels of the neighbor cells, the MS estimates the whole band channels of the neighbor cells and calculates the power of interference signals(210). Then the MS calculates the LLR(Likelihood Ratio) based on the estimated channel values and noise distribution values(220).
