    • Disclosed are a coordinate displaying device and a coordinate measuring system which comprises a coordinate measuring device for determining the position of a touched object including the coordinate displaying device. The coordinate measuring device comprises a channel electrode unit and a control unit. The channel electrode unit includes one or more electrodes and changes the capacitance of the electrodes based on the position change of the touched object. The control unit applies electrical signals to the channel electrode unit or measures receiving signals inputted to the channel electrode unit. The coordinate displaying device comprises a conductive tip for forming the capacitance with one or more electrodes, and a resonance circuit unit for outputting a set of coordinate displaying device identification information by connecting the conductive tip. The control unit determines an inputted position of the touched object based on the change of the capacitance and distinguishes the kinds of the touched object based on the frequency response of a receiving signal.     • PURPOSE: A method and device for driving EPD(Electrophoretic Display) are provided to overcome the difference of a basic movement property between white particles and black particles by controlling a driving pulse. CONSTITUTION: A controller(100) controls the operation of an EPD driving device, determines data to be displayed on an EPD(300), and outputs a driving signal. A driver(200) controls the EPD by generating a driving pulse for moving black particles and white particles to be displayed on the EPD according to the driving signal from the controller. The EPD displays data with black or white according to the driving pulse. The driver divides a driving pulse for displaying while or black particles into a preset number and generates the driving pulse for including idle time when a voltage is not applied between the divided driving pulses.

A cross section of the groove, which is vertical to the guide direction of the light, is curved or polygonal. The optical waveguide member further includes a light blocking layer. The light blocking layer surrounds side walls of the waveguide except the side wall where the light is incident.
