    • PURPOSE: A method for bonding a coil of a DVC capstan motor is provided to ensure a simpler armature coil bonding, make a motor having smaller size and lighter weight and maintain a cleaner work environment. CONSTITUTION: A rectangular armature coil is manufactured by winding in clockwise a thin plate, whose thickness in cross section is longer than width thereof. A surface of an adhesive tape(20) is bonded on a position where the armature coil(30) is bonded on a substrate(10). The armature coil(30) is bonded with other surface of the adhesive tape(20). A terminal part of the armature coil(30) is bonded to a circuit of the substrate(10) by a soldering method. A structure of the armature coil(30) provided on an upper part of the substrate(10) is simplified and a bonding process of the armature coil(30) is also drastically simplified by using the adhesive tape(20).

    • PURPOSE: An assembly for a decelerate motor is provided to be passively operated when receiving external shock in operation by optimizing the pressing force between gears. CONSTITUTION: A motor(110) generates a driving force. A first gear(121) is engaged with a main gear which is mounted in the output shaft of a motor and rotates the motor by a driving force. The second gear(122) is pressed and combined in the first gear. A third gear(123) is arranged on the first gear and is engaged with the second gear to be rotated. A fourth gear(124) is pressed and combined in the third gear. A fifth gear(125) is arranged on the third gear and is engaged with the fourth gear.
