    • PURPOSE: A device for solar heat collecting using an ultra fine heat pipe is provided to improve solar energy collecting efficiency by inserting a heat pipe into a vacuum pipe. CONSTITUTION: A device for solar heat collecting using an ultra fine heat pipe comprises a main pipe(20), a solar energy condensing pipe(40) and an ultra fine heat pipe(60). The main pipe having an inner path(22) is formed in the inner path. Working fluid is filled in the inner path of the main pipe. The solar energy condensing pipe is installed through the inner path of the main pipe. A thermal medium flows in the solar energy condensing pipe. The ultra fine heat pipe is combined with the main pipe through the outer circumference of the main pipe. The ultra fine heat pipe has the cross-sectional size generating the capillary phenomena.

    • The present invention provides a boiler system having a porous ceramic steam generator, in which the heat of a burner is transmitted to a water pipe, through which water passes, via a porous ceramic heat transfer medium, the combustion of high efficiency and the boiler efficiency can be improved due to the maximized heat transfer area, and in which the boiler body can be downsized, and the environmental pollution can be prevented by low pollutant combustion since the burner load is decreased. The boiler system according to the present invention includes a boiler casing having a combustion chamber formed with an air inlet port for feeding air, and a flue having a gas outlet port for discharging combustion gas; a burner disposed in the combustion chamber to combust a fuel; and a steam generator disposed in the combustion chamber to generate steam. The steam generator has a porous ceramic heat transfer medium disposed in the combustion chamber and receiving the heat from the flame generated by the burner, and a water pipe disposed in the combustion chamber and receiving the heat from the porous ceramic heat transfer medium.

    • A red phosphor of the present invention is excellent in absorption in blue region and has wide emission spectrums in order to be applied in blue LED chips and can make high quality white light with high color rendering when the red phosphor is mixed with green phosphor. In addition, the red phosphor has approximately 400-500K of CCT (Correlated Color Temperature) so that the red phosphor can make warmer white light than blue LED / yellow phosphor based white light device. Thus, the application of EuSi2O2N2 red phosphor in white light device solves weakness of low color rendering of the blue LED / yellow phosphor based white light and prepares to have competitiveness by processing low price mass production.
