    • PURPOSE: A laser irradiating device and an OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) display sealing method using the same are provided to regulate the interval between output heads of a laser irradiating device without interference because the output heads are arranged zigzag. CONSTITUTION: A laser irradiating device(100) comprises an X-axis position control board(20), a plurality of output heads(30), and a Z-axis position control board(21). A plurality of driving units(10) are installed in the X-axis position control board and slid in a longitudinal direction. The plurality of output head are coupled to the driving units and slid along the movement of the driving units, and the output heads irradiate laser beams. The Z-axis position control board is coupled with the X-axis position control board and moves the X-axis position control board in a Z-axis direction. The output heads are alternately arranged on the X-axis position control board, with different protruding lengths in a Y-axis direction.
