A condenser device(2) includes an anode part(4) and a cathode part(5). A mold resin(40) seals the condenser device. An anode lead frame(10) is connected to the anode part. A cathode lead frame(20) is connected to the cathode part. The anode lead frame includes an anode terminal part(11) and a rising part(12). The anode terminal part is exposed according to a bottom surface of the mold resin. The rising part is integrally formed with the anode terminal part. The rising part rises toward the anode part of the condenser device from the anode terminal part. A through hole(13) is formed on the rising part. The through hole is formed in a region except for a bottom region of the anode part.
