    • 본발명은대추및 대추씨를이용한음료제조방법에관한것으로더욱상세하게는, 대추와대추씨를각각분리하는분리단계와, 분리된대추의과육은농축시키고, 분리된대추씨에붙은과육은고압브러시로세척하여제거하는농축및 세척단계와, 상기세척한대추씨를 60°C에서건조한후, 120매시망에고르게분쇄하여대추씨분말을얻는분쇄단계와, 상기대추씨분말 10kg중량부, 정제수200kg중량부를혼합하여 90 ~ 100°C에서 8시간간 3회반복적으로열수추출한후 여과시켜추출물을얻는추출단계와, 상기농축된대추과육 1kg중량부, 상기추출물 1kg중량부를혼합하는혼합단계로이루어져항산화작용, 노화방지, 간보호, 과산화억제, Free radical 소거기능, 항산화작용등의여러가지기능성성분과효과를갖는대추및 대추씨의효능을그대로유지함과동시에소비자들로하여금유익한보양음료로널리보급될수 있도록함은물론, 대추와대추씨를이용한다양한음료의개발과제공이라는측면에서도그 효율성을높일수 있고소비자와생산자모두가고부가가치를창출할있는효과가큰 발명이라하겠습니다.

    • PURPOSE: A recycled aggregate production system using construction wastes is provided to prevent the destruction of the nature and the waste of resources due to the reclamation of the construction wastes and to recycle the screened recycled aggregates in recyclable condition through crushing, self-selection, screening and drying. CONSTITUTION: A recycled aggregate production system using construction wastes comprises a hopper(100) through which the construction wastes are fed to a first crusher, a first crusher(200) crushing the construction wastes in the size less than 200mm, a metal separator(300) separating metals from the firstly crushed wastes, a first screen(400) screening the wastes 40-50mm of aggregates from earth according to the grain size, a second crusher(500) crushing the 40-50mm of aggregates in the size less than 40mm, a second screen(600) screening the aggregates having size less than 25mm from the aggregates discharged from the second crusher, a drying unit(700) drying the aggregates using hot air, and a third crusher(800) sampling the aggregates of the size less than 5mm.
