    • PURPOSE: A flux additive composition for hot dip galvanizing is provided which reduces zinc scatter generated from flux process and plating process, reduces generation of noxious gas, reduces interfacial tension of flux liquid and controls charge density of the flux liquid. CONSTITUTION: The flux additive composition for hot dip galvanizing comprises 15 to 25 wt.% of cationic surfactant which has 8 to 12 carbon atoms of alkyl group, a terminal group of which is formed of amine salt, and which is at least one selected from the group consisting of octylamine and derivative salts thereof, decylamine and derivative salts thereof, and lauryl ammonium salts, or 15 to 25 wt.% of a betaine based amphoteric surfactant in which mono or dichloroacetic acid sodium salt is substituted for amine having 8 to 12 carbon atoms of alkyl group; 4 to 6 wt.% of ion compound of flux liquid that is at least one selected from the group consisting of sodium chloride and calcium chloride; 0.5 to 2 wt.% of an adsorbent that is at least one selected from the group consisting of quaternary chitosan amine salt and zeolite; 2 to 20 wt.% of an additive for controlling thermal expansion coefficient that is at least one selected from the group consisting of zinc chloride, zinc sulfate, and ammonium chloride; 25 to 35 wt.% of dispersing agent that is at least one selected from the group consisting of isopropyl alcohol, isobutyl alcohol, and ethyl alcohol; and a balance of first distilled water.

    • PURPOSE: A surface treatment method of ferrite based fastening member is provided to carry out surface treatment of a ferrite based fastening member by using a principle of sping that is capable of preventing corrosion phenomenon semi-permanently by basically inhibiting the corrosion phenomenon caused by electrical potential difference of ferrite materials. CONSTITUTION: A surface treatment method of ferrite based fastening members is characterized in that: composite ceramic of 1 to 60 weight percent, which is comprised of at least one element selected from a group of a typical polymer resin and silicon oxide, magnesium oxide, zinc oxide, talc, silver compounds, carbon black, pigment, ethyl acetate, sodium athyl sulfonate, and compounds thereof is mixed into coating liquid; a ferrite based fastening member is dipped into the coating liquid one or more times by using a sping coating machine(10); and then the fastening member is coated with multi-layered thin film. Any ferrite based fastening members such as a bolt, a nut, a piece, a rivet, and the like treated according to the method may have improved corrosion resistance, electrical corrosion preventive capability, chemical resistance, and heat resistance.

    • PURPOSE: An anti-bacterial surface coating composition is used to provide rubber gloves with convenience and comfort in wearing and causing less skin trouble. CONSTITUTION: The coating composition comprises 0.01 to 30 parts by weight of zinc organic acid based on 100 parts by weight of a water dispersed polyurethane resin.
