    • The present invention relates to an emotional advertisement method using a smart TV-based flash function. The present invention includes: a first step in which a smart TV waits a reception of location information which is indicated on the UI screen of an output unit from a remote control in case a selection signal is received about an advertisement conversion indicator in order to convert an advertisement from an implicit advertisement to an explicit advertisement in a state of being set in a flash mode; and a second step in which the smart TV displays the location information in a color image only about an area which is previously set around the location information as the smart TV receives the location information. Thereby the present invention provides an effect of directly and selectively obtaining advertisement information of an interest product which is desired by a user who watches a smart TV by performing an advertisement in an area which is shined by a flash by an emphasis through a flash function on a user interface screen area in which a user is interested about the broadcast content.
