CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling the entry and exit of a vehicle into/from a parking lot for height control comprises an inclined thread board(10) and a hydraulic jack(20). The inclined thread board is composed of multiple supports arranged in a line. The supports are connected to each other to be folded through folding guide links. The inclined thread board is installed in a boundary stone of a sidewalk and a roadway(2) and guides a vehicle. The hydraulic jack retains the folded and unfolded state of the supports.

The rainwater storage unit is buried in the edge of a road and stores rainwater. The rainwater storage tank is arranged to be separated from the rainwater storage unit. The rainwater flowing into the rainwater storage unit flows to the rainwater storage tank. The sewage box is connected to the rainwater storage tank through a connection pipe(30) and stores the rainwater or drains the rainwater to a sewage disposal system.
