    • 본발명은유체펌프에관한것으로, 모터(M)의구동에의한흡입팬(31)의회전으로발생되는흡입력을이용하여용기내부의유체를흡입한후 타측의배출구(11)를통해배출시킬수 있도록, 선단부에는가늘고긴 흡입관(20)이장착되고, 상기흡입관(20)의상부에는건전지(B)가내재될수 있도록, 한건전지장착실(50)이구비됨과아울러일측에는배출구(11)가형성된몸체부(10)와, 상기몸체부(10) 내부에구비되고사용자의스위치조작에의한모터(M)의구동에의해서흡입관(20) 내부의설치된흡입팬(31)을회전시켜이의흡입력으로유체를몸체부(10) 내부로흡입시킬수 있도록, 하는흡입펌핑부(30)와, 상기흡입펌핑부(30)의작동중이나작동후 발생될수 있는유체의잔류나오버플로우현상시유체가원활히배출될수 있도록, 흡입관(20)의일측부에유체배출수단(40)이구비된것에있어서, 상기유체배출수단(40)은몸체부(10)의유입홈(16) 상부와흡입관(20)의상부에밀착면(17)과돌출부(22)를형성하고, 유입홈(16)의중앙부에는소정의유격부(19)를구비하며, 상기몸체부(10)의배출구(11) 내측지지살(12) 일측으로에어홈(13)을횡방향으로형성하고, 상기에어홈(13)의상부중심양측으로는오버플로우현상시유체가배출토록하는배출홈(15)이구비되며, 상기배출홈(15)의상부로는에어공급공간부(18)가형성되므로, 종래의유체펌프의경우펌핑작업후 잔류된유체의배출과오버플로우시유체를원활하게배출시킬수 있도록, 형성된에어홀로유체펌프의펌핑작업시유체가계속해서에어홀(21)로낙하되는문제점을본 발명은몸체부(10)의상부에서에어가공듭될수 있는에어공급공간부(18)가형성되고, 배출구(11)의지지살(12) 일측에에어홈(13)이소정의높이에형성되며, 오버플로우의발생시에도배출홈(15)이에어홈(13)의높이보다높게형성되고, 흡입관(20) 역시몸체부(10)의유입홈(16)에상부가밀착되게고정되므로, 펌핑작업시유체가흡입관(20)의에어홀(21)로계속낙하되는것을방지할수 있으며, 펌핑작업후 잔류된유체배출및 오버플로우시에도유체를신속하게배출시킬수 있는것이다. 그러므로, 상품성및 작업의편의성을향상시킬수 있는매우유용한발명인것이다.

    • PURPOSE: A fluid pump is provided, in which automatic fluid pump has an air groove formed inside of the pump, to thereby prevent fluid from being dropped along the suction pipe during pumping or upon occurrence of overflow. CONSTITUTION: A fluid pump(100) comprises a body unit having a suction pipe(20) mounted at the front end of the body unit, a battery mounting section(50) for accommodation of a battery(B), and an outlet port(11), such that the fluid is sucked from a container through the suction force generated from the rotation of a suction fan driven by a motor, and discharged through the outlet port; a suction and pumping unit arranged within the body unit, and which rotates the suction fan installed within the suction pipe by driving the motor, and sucks the fluid into the body unit; and a fluid discharge unit(40) arranged at a side of the suction pipe so as to smoothly discharge the fluid upon occurrence of overflow or when the fluid remains after completion of operation of the suction and pumping unit. The fluid discharge unit includes a contact surface(17) formed at the upper portion of an inlet opening(16), and a protrusion(22) formed at the top of the suction pipe. The inlet opening has a clearance(19) formed at the center of the inlet opening. The outlet port of the body unit has an air groove(13) formed at a transverse direction, and fluid outlet groove(15) are formed at both sides of the air groove so as to discharge fluid upon occurrence of overflow. An air supply space(18) is formed onto the fluid outlet groove.
