    • PURPOSE: A blocked polyisocyanate, its preparation method, a method for preparing a paint, an ink, an adhesive and an elastomer by using the blocked polyisocyanate and a method for crosslinking a polyol component by using the blocked polyisocyanate are provided, to obtain a blocked polyisocyanate having a lower crosslinking or baking temperature compared with a butanone-oxime-blocked polyisocyanate. CONSTITUTION: The blocked polyisocyanate is represented by the formula 1, wherein A is a residue remaining after polycyanate reaction; R1, R2 and R3 are identical or different one other and are H, an alkyl group of C1-C4 or a cycloalkyl group; R4 is an alkyl group of C1-C4, a cycloalkyl group of C6-C10 or an aralkyl group of C7-C14; x is an integer of 1-5; and y is an integer of 1-8. The blocked polyisocyanate is prepared by reacting a polyisocyanate with a secondary amine represented by the formula 2.

    • PURPOSE: A blocked polyisocyanate, its preparation method and a hydrophilic aqueous and/or water-dilutable composition are provided, to obtain a blocked polyisocyanate having a lower crosslinking or baking temperature compared with a butanone-oxime-blocked polyisocyanate.
