CONSTITUTION: A pipe welding device includes a movement guide unit (100), a movable unit (200), a separation prevention unit, a gap adjusting unit, and a welding torch (500). The movable unit is moved along the movement guide unit formed on the surface of a pipe and includes an installation case connected to the welding torch, a driving motor, and driving wheels. The separation prevention unit connects the movable unit and the movement guide unit and prevents the separation of the movable unit.

    • PURPOSE: An automatic welding carriage for a vessel block is provided to automate welding on both ends of a base material by employing a torch which welds the welding start and end sections of the base materials. CONSTITUTION: An automatic welding carriage for a vessel block comprises a body part(110), an arm(120), a torch(130), and a sensing part. The body part is set in a rail part(150) which is installed separate from a base material and travels on the rail part by a traveling motor. The body part comprises a weaving control motor which controls weaving while the body part travels on the rail part performs welding. The arm is connected to the body part and rotated by a rotary motor. The height of the arm is controlled by an arm up/down motor. The torch is provided on the bottom of the arm and welds the welding start and end sections of the base material according to the rotation and height control of the arm. The sensing part is provided on both sides of the body part and measures the distance to the base material.

    • PURPOSE: A fixing device of a welding feeding apparatus is provided to change the position of welding feeders relative to each other of an electrode by fixing the welding feeders in a three-dimensional space. CONSTITUTION: A fixing device of a welding feeding apparatus comprises a mechanism unit(1), a longitudinal transfer unit(2), a vertical transfer unit(3), and a transverse transfer unit(4). The mechanism unit comprises a first clamp to which welding feeders(W1,W2) are removably coupled and a first setting block to which the first clamp is pivotally coupled. The longitudinal transfer unit transfers the mechanism unit back and forth. The vertical transfer unit transfers the longitudinal transfer unit moves the longitudinal transfer unit up and down. The transverse transfer unit transfers the vertical transfer unit from side to side.
