    • PURPOSE: A method to manufacture a base structure for a machine tool to reduce a thermal displacement and a base structure manufactured by the same are provided to improve machining accuracy of the machine tool by flowing a cooling medium after a cooling flow path is formed by connecting different kinds of pipe in a part in which cooling is required and reducing entire temperature deviation of a bed and a column. CONSTITUTION: A method to manufacture a base structure for a machine tool to reduce a thermal displacement comprises the steps of: surface-processing different kinds of pipe (20) in a plating or spraying method; installing the different kinds of pipe on a mold in a molding process and a coupling process; inducing air or nitrogen gas inside the different kinds of pipe with a pressure of 1-3 Bar, 3-6 Bar, or 6-9 Bar for 10-30, 30-60, or 60-90 minutes in a process pouring molten metal and cooling the same until the temperature of a connecting surface (30) reaches 1,150-1,000 °C or 1,000-600 °C.
