    • A method of fabricating a Re-W wire is provided. Re powders and W powders are fabricated, respectively. Specifically, Re powder are fabricated in such a manner that Re powders of above 325 mesh are pulverized by wet pulverization using alcohol for 20-25 minutes, to obtain Re powder with the average particle diameter of 1.5-2 micrometers. The W powders are doped with Al, Si and K and has the average particle diameter of 2.5-3 micrometers. The W powders and Re powders fabricated as above are dry-mixed using a mixer, to obtain Re-W powders. These Re-W powders are CIP-formed with a pressure of 25,000-30,000psi, pre-sintered at a temperature of 1000-1300deg. C for 15-40 minutes, and sintered at a temperature of 260-3000deg. C for 20-40 minutes. Then, the sinter is swaged and drawn, thereby fabricating the Re-W wire. The method simplifies the fabrication process, decreases production cost, and improves productivity.
