    • PURPOSE: A process of preparing egg white protein hydrolysate improved in flavoring by hydrolyzing egg white protein with protease is provided. For example, egg white is dissolved in water at 55 to 60deg.C, cooled and added with 1% Protamex at a pH of 7. Then the solution reacts at 47deg.C for 28hr and is maintained at 90deg.C for 15min to inactivate enzyme.

    • 본 발명은 건유기 젖소용 음이온 사료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 분만 3~4주 전에 급여함으로써 분만우의 유열 발생을 억제할 수 있는 건유기 젖소용 음이온 사료 조성물에 관한 것이다.
      본 발명에 따른 건유기 젖소용 음이온 사료 조성물은, 옥수수, 밀기울, 대두박, 대두피, 면실피, 석회석, 인산칼슘, 비타민 등을 함유하는 관행 유통 건유우 배합사료 100g당 황산마그네슘 0.5~2g, 황산칼슘 2~3g, 염화암모늄 4~6g의 양으로 첨가, 배합함으로써 얻어지며, 사료 건물 중량에 대해 마그네슘(Mg)의 함량이 0.3~0.6%이고, 칼슘 함량이 0.6~1.0%이며, 양이온(Na, K)-음이온(Cl, S)의 함량 차이가 100g당 밀리당량(meq/100g=[(% Na/0.023+%K/0.039)]-[(% Cl/0.035+% S/0.016)]으로 환산하여 -30.0~-50.0의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
      상기한 조성을 갖는 본 발명의 음이온 사료를 분만 3~4주 전부터 급여함으로써 분만우의 유열 발생을 억제할 수 있는 수준인 혈중 칼슘농도를 8.0mg/dl 이상으로 유지할 수 있으며, 우유중의 체세포수를 현저히 감소시켜 우유품질을 개선시킬 수 있으며 젖소의 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
