    • PURPOSE: A structure of a bearing is provided to improve the abrasion resistance as well as to reduce the friction coefficient by including a specific amount of PTFE(Polytetrafluoroethylene) in resin after coating the sliding surface of a shaft and a bearing with resin. CONSTITUTION: A structure of a bearing includes: a shaft; a bearing supporting the shaft and a resin layer provided on each sliding surface of the shaft and bearing. The resin layer on the sliding surface of the shaft is prepared from a resin composition containing 5-50% of one and more resin and polytetrafluoroethylene selected from a group consisting of epoxy, phenol, polyamide, polyacetal, polyphenylenesulfide resin and the like on the basis of whole resin composition. The resin layer on the sliding surface of the bearing is produced from a resin composition containing less than 50% of polytetrafluoroethylene selected from a group made up of epoxy, phenol, polyamide, polyacetal resin and the like on the basis of whole resin composition.

    • PURPOSE: To minimize oil leakage while obtaining a function of a crush relief. CONSTITUTION: A sliding bearing is composed by combining two split bearings 1 together. While a crush relief is not formed on the inner peripheral surface 1a at both ends 2b in the circumferential direction, a plurality of grooves 3 extending in the circumferential direction is formed on the inner peripheral surface 1a. In respective grooves 3, the midsection 2a in the circumferential direction is provided with a shallow groove 3a, and both ends in the circumferential direction are provided with deep grooves 3b deeper than the shallow groove 3a. Since the deep grooves 3b are formed on the inner peripheral surface 1a of both ends 2b, projected lines between respective deep grooves 3b are seized in the early stage by contact with a rotating shaft. The seized part substitutes as a crush relief, which makes an area functioning as a crush relief minimized so as to minimize oil leakage.
