    • PURPOSE: A crank shaft bearing for an internal combustion engine is provided to efficiently prevent the deformation or damages of taps and notches of a semi-circular thrust bearing and semi-cylindrical sliding bearing being assembled into one body. CONSTITUTION: A crank shaft bearing for an internal combustion engine comprises a pair of semi-cylindrical sliding bearings(20). One or two semi-circular thrust bearings(30) are attached on at least one of the pair of the semi-cylindrical sliding bearings. The one or two semi-circular thrust bearings are arranged along one or both of two axial direction side edges(22) and the semi-circular thrust bearing has both cross sections(32a) of a circumferential direction and arch-shaped inner and outer circumference portions. The arch diameter of the inner circumference portion is larger than the diameter of the semi-cylindrical sliding bearing and two taps(34) are separated from each other in the circumferential direction and projected from the inner circumference of the semi-circular thrust bearing, thereby being extended toward an inner side in a radial direction.
