摘要： Disclosed is a multilayer film comprising at least a polarizing plate, a retardation film and a first adhesive layer arranged in this order. The polarizing plate contains a polarizer, a first protective layer arranged on one side of the polarizer having the retardation film thereof, and a second protective layer arranged on the other side of the polarizer. The retardation film is a stretched film containing a norbornene resin, and the first adhesive layer contains an adhesive which is obtained by crosslinking a composition wherein at least a (meth)acrylate (co)polymer and a crosslinking agent mainly containing a peroxide are blended. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprises a pressure-sensitive adhesive produced by crosslinking a composition prepared by mixing at least an (meth)acrylate (co)polymer and a crosslinking agent composed mainly of a peroxide together. The liquid crystal panel causes no significant light leakage and color change as viewed from an oblique direction of the screen of the panel and is good in light peelability of a laminated film when the liquid crystal cell is reutilized.
