    • PURPOSE: An alumina sintered material is provided to control air supply amount and temperature-decreasing rate and temperature-decreasing rate, thereby preventing staining on a random cut side of the alumina sintered material. CONSTITUTION: An alumina sintered material is provided to include 0.1-2.0 parts by weight of Ti compounds based on 100.0 parts by weight of Al2O3. The tanδ in 1MHz-5GHz is 10^-4 and grinding force is 20Kgf or less, and has no staining on random cut side. A manufacturing method of an alumina sintered body comprises a step of adding 0.1-2.0 parts by weight of TiO into 100.0 parts by weight of Al2O3.; a step of obtaining a molded body by molding the raw material; a step of sintering the molded body at 1400-1600>= for 3 hours or more while controlling air supply of 8-25 L/min per 1m^3; and a step of controlling the temperature decrease rate per 5-30 >=/hr and cooling the molded body.     • PURPOSE: Alumina ceramics with low breaking or chipping rate in processing, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase process efficiency by including alumina particles having aspect ratio of 2 or higher. CONSTITUTION: Alumina ceramics has the alumina purity of higher than 99.5(wt%). The alumina ceramics includes 60% or more anisotropic crystal particles(10) having the major axis length of 10 micrometers or higher, and the aspect ratio of 2 or greater. The anisotropic crystal particles of the alumina include average 2 or more pores per 1 particle. A manufacturing method of the alumina ceramics comprises the following steps: molding an alumina cube which is formed particles with the average particle diameter of 0.5-1 micrometer, the aspect ratio of 2 or more, and the long axis direction length of 0.5 micrometer or longer; and sintering the molded alumina cube at 1,400 deg. Celsius for 3 hours.
