摘要： PURPOSE: A dropwort processing method is provided to offer safe food compositions by effectively removing microorganisms from dropwort. CONSTITUTION: A dropwort processing method comprises the following steps: washing dropwort with water; brushing the water washed dropwort; spraying the brush processed dropwort with chlorine water; heat treating the chlorine water sprayed dropwort; cutting the heat treated dropwort into 3cm or less size; dipping the cut dropwort in the chlorine water; and drying the dropwort dipped in the chlorine water. The dropwort is one or more selected from a group consisting dioscorea batatas, ginger, carrot, platycodon grandiflorum, condonopsis lanceolata Trautv, potatoes, ipomoea batatas, radish, xanthium strumarium, lotus root, taro, yacon and wild garlic. The heat treatment is treating 60-80 deg. Celsius water on the dropwort.
