    • PURPOSE: A transparent electrode pattern creation method is provided to effectively form a transparent electrode pattern on a base board using a transparent conductive material and a material for forming a pattern. CONSTITUTION: A solidified film is laminated on a base board by spreading a photosensitive material(S100). The photosensitive film is exposed and developed using a reverse phase and the pattern of a transparent electrode. The base board is exposed to a part where the transparent electrode is formed for forming the pattern(S200). The transparent conductive material is laminated on the exposed base board(S300). The photosensitive film is detached and eliminated(S400).     • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of chemical tempered glass is provided to uniformly reinforcing total surface of the glass substrate and increasing reaction surface of the glass substrates. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of chemical tempered glass comprises the following steps: forming sharp and fine concavo-convex surface of the glass substrates(100) into round and fine concavo-convex surface by etching; and heat processing the pre-processed glass substrates at 360-450 deg. Celsius by dipping the glass substrate into a potassium nitrate (KNO3) melt solution. The pre-process phase comprises the following steps: etching the glass substrates in the acid solution including F+ ion and etching thereof; removing the acid solution which remains on the glass substrate and dipping the glass substrates into distilled water; dusting sludge due to etching of the concavo-convex surface by irradiating ultrasonic wave; and removing moisture by vertically elevating the glass substrate from the distilled water at a speed which can use surface tension of water.

    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method and a manufacturing system of glass substrates having high light emission efficiencies is provided to randomly form a plurality of nano-dimples from glass on illuminant in order to extract light at high efficiencies. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method and a manufacturing system of glass substrates comprise the following steps: arranging glass substrates to be separated from a solution surface which includes fluorine ion (F+); and forming nano-dimples having an average diameter up to several nano meters by spraying fume which includes F+ evaporated from the solution surface. The formation of the nano dimples is controlled by adjusting the concentration of the solution and spraying time. A manufacturing system of the glass substrates comprises a solution bath which includes the fluorine ion(F+), an etching fume supply pipe which sprays the glass substrate with the etching fume evaporated from the solution in the solution bath and an etching fume suction pipe which inhales the etching fume in order for the etching fume to move horizontally on the glass substrate.
