    • 본발명에따른타이어용고무조성물은원료고무, 보강충진제및 유기가황제를포함하는타이어용고무조성물및 이를이용하여제조한타이어에관한것으로, 고무조성물은원료고무 100중량부에대하여, 카본또는실리카 30 내지 100중량부및 벤질사이클릭테트라설파이드(Benzyl Cyclic Tetra sulfide) 구조를가지는화합물과카다놀을기초로한 폴리설파이드(Cardanol based Polysulfide) 구조를가지는화합물이 1:9 내지 9:1의중량비로혼합된개질된유기가황제 0.1 내지 15중량부를포함하는것을특징으로한다. 본발명에따른타이어용고무조성물의유기가황제는유기가황제중 황(S)의함량이 10 내지 50중량%인것을특징으로하고, 무기황대비무니점도(M/V)를감소시켜공정성을향상시키면서, 마모및 연비, 노면마찰력등의특성을향상시킴과동시에동적피로특성을동시에향상시킨다.

    • PURPOSE: An environmentally friendly tire rubber composition is provided to improve abrasion resistance of a rubber compound by using a glyceride multivalent alcohol dispersant. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally friendly tire rubber composition comprises 100 phr raw rubber containing one or more selected from natural rubber and synthetic rubber, 10-100 phr of silica as reinforcing filler and 1-10 phr of silica dispersant. The dispersant is manufactured by using glycerol extracted by vegetable oil selected from palm oil, coconut oil, soybean oil, castor oil, and orange oil; and C1-20 aliphatic acid selected from glycerol, lauric acid, myristic acid, myristic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, and oleic acid.
