CONSTITUTION: A heat radiating plate of a notebook computer comprises a battery reception unit(121), a contact terminal(124) and a power jack(123). The battery reception unit receives a notebook computer battery, and the contact terminal contacts a power terminal of the notebook computer battery in the inner portion of the battery reception. The power jack is electrically connected to the contact terminal, and supplies the external power to the contact terminal.

    • PURPOSE: A structure of a filamented semiconductor light emitting diode is provided to use various lamps by attaching NS-magnetized electrodes to both ends of a semiconductor pn junction. CONSTITUTION: The NS-magnetized electrodes are attached to the semiconductor pn junction on a wafer in a conventional semiconductor process by using conductive adhesive(33). A south pole is attached to the p layer of the pn junction so that the surface of the south pole forms a north pole. A north pole is attached to the n layer of the pn junction so that the surface of the north pole forms a south pole. A plurality of electrodes on the semiconductor pn junction are arranged in another electrode on a semiconductor pn junction in the same direction so that an electrical contact is smoothly carried out.

    • PURPOSE: A complex LED(Light Emitting Diode) structure is provided to form resistances and LEDs on a printed circuit board with one body by using an injection molding method and an extrusion molding method. CONSTITUTION: A transparent cylindrical bar(1) is formed by an injection molding method. A surface of the transparent cylindrical bar(1) is radiated by a diffusing agent or a dispersing agent. A plurality of power cables(7,8) are installed at an upper portion and a lower portion of the transparent cylindrical bar(1). A couple of color LEDs(2) are installed at both ends of the transparent cylindrical bar(1). The color LEDs(2) are connected with printed circuit boards(4) through resistances(3). The printed circuit boards(4) are connected with the resistances(3) and the power cables(7,8). A couple of insulators(5) are installed at both ends of the transparent cylindrical bar(1). Each contact portion of the transparent cylindrical bar(1) is combined with terminal caps(6).
