    • A cosmetic composition comprising collagen derived from the young antlers of the deer is provided to increase the antioxidation activity, improve wrinkles and promote skin moisturization due to high contents of hydroxyproline and hydroxylysine constituting a collagen protein. A cream composition is characterized in that it is prepared by mixing 1-5 wt.% of collagen derived from the young antlers of the deer including 128.7mg% of hydroxy proline and 14.9mg% of hydroxy lysine regarding 100gram of an extract of the young antlers of the deer, 0.1-10 wt.% of a skin softener such as polysorbate 60, 0.1-5 wt.% of an emulsifier such as glycerin, 0.3-5 wt.% of other cosmetic base and 50-75 wt.% of purified water, wherein the collagen is extracted by a crude enzyme solution of Galli Stomachichum Corium.

    • A method of manufacturing a health functional drink containing velvet antler collagen which is obtained by extracting velvet antler and Galli stomachichum corium powder is provided to obtain the drink which is rich in hydroxy-proline and hydroxy-lysine as amino acid which consists of collagen protein and has good palatability. Galli stomachichum corium powder is put into vinegar and extracted. Second, 120 to 200ml Galli stomachichum corium extract is mixed with 10 to 20g velvet antler, extracted at 60deg.C for 10hr and filtered to obtain velvet antler collagen. Then, 3 to 6% by weight of the velvet antler collagen is mixed with 0.01 to 1.0% by weight of fruit extract selected from a pear, plum and Japanese apricot extract, 0.01 to 2.0% by weight of one or two or more stabilizers selected from vitamin C, citric acid and malic acid, 0.02 to 0.04% by weight of flavors and dietary fiber as a tackifier.
