    • PURPOSE: A thin film solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the transmittance of sunlight by forming a metal electrode layer on one surface of a transparent electrode layer. CONSTITUTION: A rear electrode layer(110) is located on a substrate and is separated by a first separation unit. A photoelectric conversion layer(120) is separately arrange don the rear electrode layer by a third separation unit and includes the second separation unit. A transparent electrode layer is separately formed by the third separation unit and is contacted with the rear electrode layer by the second separation unit. A band type metal electrode layer(140) is formed on one surface of the transparent electrode layer and is vertical to the forming direction of the third separation unit.

    • PURPOSE: A thin film solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture the thin film solar cell with a large area and high efficiency by narrowing a distance between rear electrodes. CONSTITUTION: A rear electrode layer(20) separated by a first separating unit is formed on a substrate(10). A light absorbing layer(40) separated by a second separating unit is formed on the rear electrode layer. A front electrode layer(50) separated by a third separating unit is formed on the light absorbing layer. An insulation layer(30) is formed on the first separating unit. The thickness of the insulation layer is equal to the thickness of the rear electrode layer.

A second supporting unit(40) comprises a protrusion(41) protruded from the side of the steel post and a lighting device receiving part(42) formed on the end of the protrusion. A lighting unit(50) is attached to one end of the second supporting unit and controlled by a lighting device control unit(80).

A back sheet(50) is formed in the lower part of the lower EVA.
