    • PURPOSE: A method for forming a CdS buffer layer for a thin film solar cell is provided to improve a deposition speed of a CdS buffer layer by previously forming CdS particles on a solar panel. CONSTITUTION: A seed is formed by immersing a solar panel(10) in a first reaction solution(100) at room temperature. Impurities are removed by taking out the solar panel with the seed from the first reaction solution and cleaning the solar panel. A CdS buffer layer is formed by immersing the solar panel without the impurities in a second reaction solution(200). The solar panel includes a substrate, a rear electrode, and a light absorption layer. The rear electrode is formed on the substrate. The light absorption layer is formed on the rear electrode.
