    • A detachable rotation device for connecting and disconnecting power and a signal to a projectile and a launching system with the detachable rotation device are provided to prevent the projectile from being damaged by being detached easily after launching the projectile. A detachable rotation device for connecting and disconnecting power and a signal to a projectile comprises a case(250), a plug(210), a body(220), link(230b,230c,230d), and an elastic unit. The case is installed to a launching pipe to cover the detachable rotation device. The plug, which is protected by the case, contacts to a fired material electrically. The body fastens the plug. One end of the link is rotatably connected to a body by first hinges(221a,221b,221d) and the other end of the link is rotatably to the case by second hinges(251a,251b,251c,251d). One end of the elastic member is rotatably connected to the body by the first hinge and the other end of the elastic member is rotatably to the case by third hinges(252a,252b). The first hinge is separated from the second hinge. The elastic member is biased from the center of the first hinge in a direction opposite to a launching direction of the fired material.

    • Carbon-carbon composite material is prepared by (1) putting carbon fiber/phenol resin prepreg piled at certain thickness into metal mould, compressing to produce a green body, (2) carbonizing this green body to produce the entire structure for a porous carbon-carbon composite material under inert condition, (3) attaching the entire structure within pressure vessel, rotating vessel for an infiltrated resin to move toward the entire structure through a porous support layer, infiltrating the entire structure with adding pressure, (4) rotating vessel for excess infiltrated resin to be eliminated from infiltrated structure by gravity, hardening the entire structure as it is without changing pressure, (5) putting pressure infiltrated/hardened sample into carbonized furnace and then carbonizing process by changing the carbonized speed through multistep as the generation amount of volatile component at each carbonized temperature scope.
