    • PURPOSE: A production method of nail clippers made of titanium is provided to substantially reduce manufacturing costs by simplifying production processes when nail clippers are manufactured and improving productivity through producing nail clippers by injection-molding or extrusion using titanium powder. CONSTITUTION: A production method of nail clippers made of titanium includes the following steps; a mixing step (S10) which produces a mixture mulling in a pressurizing mulling apparatus at 120-140 degree C for an hour after mixing 59-81weight% of pure titanium with an average granularity ranged 5-45 micro meter, 13-27weight% of paraffin wax 6-14 weight% of stearic acid; a molding step (S20) in which a molded product is obtained through injection-molding with a temperature ranged 120-140 degree C and a pressure ranged 50-70 kgf/cm^2 adding the mixture in the mixing step into an injection molding machine which molds each part of the nail clipper such as an upper board, a lower board, and a pressurizing board; a sintering step (S30) in which a sintered product is obtained sintering the molded product from the molding step in a vacuum furnace with inactive gas at 1000-1200 degree C for 10-12 hours; a heat treatment step (S40) which obtains a heat treated product according to strength of the nail clippers by treating the sintered product from the sintering step with heat; a polishing step (S50) which obtains a polished product polishing an upper blade and a lower blade at the end of the upper board and the lower board of the nail clippers among the heat treated product in the heat treatment step; and an assembly step (S60) which completes the nail clippers by assembling the polished product from the polishing step and the heat treated product from the heat treatment step.       전술한 본 발명의 특징은, 평균 입도가 5∼45㎛인 순수 티타늄 분말 59∼81중량%, 파라핀왁스(Parafin wax) 13∼27중량%, 스테아릭산(Stearic acid) 6∼14중량%를 혼합한 후, 가압 혼련기에서 120∼140℃에서 1시간 혼련하여 혼합물을 제조하는 혼합단계(S10); 상, 하부판(11)(12), 가압판(13) 등의 손톱깎이(10)의 각 부품을 성형하는 사출성형기에 상기 혼합단계(S10)의 혼합물을 투입하여 120∼140℃의 온도와 50∼70㎏f/㎠의 압력으로 사출 성형하여 성형물을 얻는 성형단계(S20); 상기 성형단계(S20)의 성형물을 불활성 가스를 포함하는 진공로에서 1000∼1200℃로 10∼12시간 소결 처리하여 소결물을 얻는 소결단계(S30); 상기 소결단계(S30)의 소결물을 열처리하여 손톱깎이(10)의 강도에 맞게 열처리물을 얻는 열처리단계(S40); 상기 열처리단계(S40)의 열처리물 중 손톱깎이(10)의 상, 하부판(11)(12)의 선단에 상, 하부날(11a)(12a)을 연마하여 연마물을 얻는 연마단계(S50); 상기 연마단계(S50)의 연마물과 상기 열처리단계(S40)의 열처리물을 조립하여 손톱깎이(10)를 완성하는 조립단계(S60)로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 티타늄 손톱깎이의 제조방법에 의하여 달성될 수 있는 것이다.

A hooked unit(11) formed on a side of the case is placed on a border of the front surface of the tablet computer to combine the tablet computer with the case.
