The tensile strength of the outer wire is 2285 to 26550Mps. The outer wire includes 0.84 to 1.03% of carbon. The tensile strength of the core wire is 2285 to 2650Mps and includes 0.57 to 1.03% of carbon.

CONSTITUTION: An ultra-high strength cable bead(10) comprises an outer wire(12) and a core wire(11). The outer wire is coiled on the exterior surface of the core wire. The tensile strength of the outer wire is 2285 to 2650Mps. The outer wire includes 0.84 to 1.03% of carbon. The outer wire and the core wire are worked through quenching heat treatment and film treatment. 350 to 450 °C blueing heat treatment is applied to the outer wire and the core wire.
