    • The present invention relates to a sulfur solidification molded product manufacturing system and method which forms an intended molded product by receiving the mixture of coal floor materials and sulfur. The sulfur solidification molded product manufacturing system comprises a continuous mixing unit mixing raw materials containing coal floor materials and sulfur, and a sulfur gas collecting unit collecting sulfur gas generated in the continuous mixing unit and delivering the sulfur gas to the continuous mixing unit. The continuous mixing unit includes a heat source part for heating sulfur within the mixture at a temperature greater than the melting point. Accordingly, the present invention is able to consecutively manufacture fluidic mixtures by using the mixtures of solid powders as raw materials while manufacturing molten mixtures by melting specific raw materials among the mixtures.     • 본 발명은 유기성 슬러지를 열가수분해 반응으로 고열량의 고체생성물과 혐기소화에 적합한 유기물이 가용화된 액체생성물을 생산하는 연속식 처리장치의 운전압력을 유지하면서 반응물을 회수하는 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 장치의 열매유를 이용한 가온장치에 관한 것으로, 연속적으로 투입되는 유기성 슬러지를 반응온도와 압력을 유지하면서 안정적으로 반응물을 배출하기 위해서 반응압력을 기준으로 밸브의 열림 정도가 조절이 가능한 포지셔너(positioner)가 설치된 컨트롤 밸브(control valve)를 이용하여 반응기 운전조건의 변화를 최소로 하면서 안정적으로 반응물이 배출이 가능하다. 이렇게 배출된 반응물은 열가수분해 운전조건인 가온가압된 상태로 상온상압에 갑자기 노출되면 100℃ 이상의 온도에서 열수로 존재하던 수분이 기화되어 건조현상이 발생하여 후속공정의 배관 및 밸브의 고장을 유발하고 고형연료로 적용 가능한 고체생성물 회수는 가능하지만 혐기소화 기질로 적용 가능한 액체생성물 회수가 어려워진다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 감압 회수장치를 이용하여 순차적으로 감온, 감압을 통해서 수분의 기화 없이 반응물을 회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치이다.

    • The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for recovering a reactant while maintaining an operating pressure of a continuous treatment device that produces a high-calorific solid product and a liquid product in which an organic substance suitable for anaerobic digestion is solubilized through a thermohydrolysis reaction of organic sludge. In a heating apparatus using a heat transfer oil of the apparatus, the reactant can be stably discharged with change in reactor operation condition minimized by using a control valve where a positioned capable of adjusting the degree of opening of the valve based on reaction pressure is disposed for stable reactant discharge while reaction temperature and pressure of the continuously input organic sludge are maintained. When the reactant that is discharged in this manner is suddenly exposed to room temperature and atmospheric pressure in a state of being heated and pressurized which is thermohydrolysis operating conditions, moisture hydrothermally present at a temperature of at least 100°C is vaporized to cause a drying phenomenon and causes failure in piping and a valve in the subsequent process, and the recovery of the liquid product which can be applied as an anaerobic digestion function becomes difficult although the recovery of the solid product which can be applied as a solid fuel is possible. In order to resolve this problem, a depressurized recovery apparatus is used for sequential cooling and depressurization so that the reactant is recovered without moisture vaporization.
