    • PURPOSE: A production method of tropane alkaloids by PMT or H6H genes introduced hairy root cultures of Scopolia parviflora Nak is provided, thereby improving production yield of tropane alkaloids which are useful for treatment of nausea and stomach disorder. CONSTITUTION: The production method of tropane alkaloids comprises the steps of: introducing PMT or H6H gene into Scopolia parviflora Nak; adding one or more microorganisms selected from Pseudomoanas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus cereus into a medium to induce hairy root cultures of Scopolia parviflora Nak; and over-expressing the hairy root cultures of Scopolia parviflora Nak, wherein the PMT gene has the nucleotide sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:1; the H6H gene has the nucleotide sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:2; and the tropane alkaloid is hyoscyamine or scopolamine.
