    • PURPOSE: An electric power generation and dust measurement device is provided to generate electric power without being supplied of fuel by using electric energy generated by potential difference between electrode contacted with a charged particle and a ground unit. CONSTITUTION: A charged particle collection unit(100) collects a charged particle in dust of air. An electrode unit(200) is connected to the charged particle collection unit and contacts with the collected charged particle. A ground unit is connected to the electrode unit through a conductive wire, uses an earth ground having an unlimited electron absorption capability, and generates electric energy generated by sending charged particles to the ground surface. A electric power collection unit(400) is installed between the electrode unit and the ground unit, stores electric energy generated through the ground unit and measures the amount of charged particles.     • PURPOSE: Artificial soil using hemp fiber plants and a culture method of the photosynthetic plants using the same are provided to appropriately maintain supply and discharge of moisture which is essential element required for photosynthetic plant growth. CONSTITUTION: Artificial soil using hemp fiber plants includes a fibrous structure in nonwoven type comprised of one or more natural fibers selected from a group consisting of hemp, linum usitatissimum, chine grass and kenaf. The fibrous structure comprises one or more synthetic fibers selected from a group consisting of nylon, polypropylene, and polyester' and natural fiber.
