    • PURPOSE: An antibiotic designed from Protaetiamycine antibiotic peptide is provided to ensure antibacterial activation in gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria and to use as an antibiotic which is safe to human body. CONSTITUTION: An antibiotic peptide has an amino acid sequence of sequence numbers 1-4. The antibiotic peptide is designed based on residue sequence of Protaetiamycine isolated from Protaetia brevitarsis larva. A pharmaceutical composition contains the antibiotic peptide as an active ingredient. An antibacterial composition to microorganism contains antibiotic peptide as an active ingredient. The microorgniasm is gram-positive bacteria, gram-negative bacteria, or fungus. The gram-positive bacteria is B. subtilis, S. aureus, or E. faecalis, and gram-negative bacteria is E. coli or P. aeruginosa. The fungus is Candida Albicans. The antibacterial composition does not have toxicity to erythrocytes or epithelial cells.
