    • 본발명은탈세포화된생체조직유래의생체적합성가용화스캐폴드추출물, 이의제조방법및 이의용도에관한것이다. 본발명은탈세포화된생체조직유래의생체적합성가용화스캐폴드추출물(Biocompatible Solubilized Scaffold Extract, SSE)의제조방법, 상기방법에따라제조된탈세포화된생체조직유래의생체적합성가용화스캐폴드추출물, 및상기 SSE를유효성분으로포함하는줄기세포배양또는분화를위한배양용기코팅용조성물을제공한다. 본발명에따르면, 본발명의탈세포화된생체조직유래의생체적합성가용화스캐폴드추출물및 이를포함하는배양용기코팅용조성물은탈세포화된간 조각이줄기세포의생존을위한생체모방적인(biomimetic) 2D 및 3D 미세환경을제공할수 있음을보여주며, 줄기세포의분화및 배양에효과적으로이용될수 있다.

    • PURPOSE: A bio-marker composition for diagnosing canine acute kidney injury including kidney injury molecule-1 (KIM-1) protein is provided to use KIM-1 protein which is highly expressed at renal tissue and urine within a few hours after canine acute kidney injury, thereby helpfully using the composition as a marker for diagnosis. CONSTITUTION: A bio-marker composition for diagnosing canine acute kidney injury includes KIM-1 protein. The acute kidney injury is at least one selected from a group consisting of acute tubular necrosis injury, ischemic acute kidney injury, and addiction acute kidney injury. A kit for diagnosing canine acute kidney injury includes anti-KIM-1 antibodies. A method of detecting the KIM-1 in canine biological sample is provided through an antigen-antibody bonding reaction using the antibodies which specifically combines with KIM-1. The KIM-1 protein is expressed more highly in the biological sample of a canine in which a kidney is acutely injured than the biological sample of a normal canine.
