摘要： PURPOSE: An opening device of an electronic device and an electronic device are provided to reduce a manufacturing cost based on simple structure and small numbers of compartment and supply a lock function which opens/closes a first and second housing of all kinds of electrode device. CONSTITUTION: A fitting member(5) is attached to a first housing. A supporting member(6) is interposed to a hinge shaft about the fitting member and supports a second housing attached to be rotatable. A rotation control unit(8) controls rotation of the supporting member. A cam unit(14) is rotated with the support member and installed the rotation control unit to the hinge shaft. An elastic unit is contact with the cam unit and is installed to the fitting member. The support member is rotated with a cam unit.
