    • The present invention relates to a food or cosmetic composition, wherein a barley fermented material which is fermented by means of a composite strain of Pichia jadinii and Aureobasidium pullulans is contained as an active ingredient. The barley fermented material according to the present invention has activities in inhibiting the expression of MMP-1 which is collagenase, so that collagen is prevented from being easily decomposed and the production of procollagen type-1 which is a precursor of the synthesis of collagen is increased. Accordingly, the barley fermented material is effective in alleviating wrinkles, so that the barley fermented material can be usefully used for a composition for alleviating skin wrinkles. Also, the expression of filaggrin which makes the waterproof outer layer of the skin well developed is increased so that the barley fermented material can be usefully used for a composition for improving skin moisturizing.

    • PURPOSE: A fermented corn protein hydrolysate is provided to have an anti-obesity effect and to be applied to a functional material, a health product, and a pharmaceutical product for anti-obesity.
