    • PURPOSE: An organic EL display and a production device of a color filter are provided to make a full color display by patterning red-, green- and blue-colored uniform organic light emitting layers at every pixel in a high reliability by the action of an electrostatic field. CONSTITUTION: A device for producing an organic EL display(1) includes a unit for storing a solution in which a light emitting material is dissolved, a unit for feeding the solution to a tip of a flying electrode(3), a unit for applying a voltage between the tip of the flying electrode and an electro-conductive material of an organic EL substrate and thereby forming an electrostatic field, and a unit for relatively shifting the tip of the flying electrode and the organic EL substrate to a perpendicular direction and to a horizontal direction. The solution is formed into the form of a stringy beam from the tip of the flying electrode to let it fly onto the organic EL substrate, thereby injecting the solution into a concavity formed and surrounded by banks on the organic EL substrate, and forming red, green and blue light emitting layers.

    • PURPOSE: A printer is provided to have the venting stability of ink and to precisely record at a high speed. CONSTITUTION: A round shape pigment cohesive body is soared from a front end of a venting electrode if an electric field of a cohesive area(220) is fed on the front end of the venting electrode. In this case, a fine pixel can be formed on a record medium since a spare electrified pigment particle does not fly from the front end of the venting electrode even through the period of venting ink is long.
