摘要： PURPOSE: To improve the designability and decorativeness of appearance in a reel body of a double bearing reel having protruding parts. CONSTITUTION: This reel body 1 of the double bearing reel comprises a handle arranged on one lateral face and a spool installed in the interior and is provided with a frame 5, a pair of side covers 6 and 7 covering both lateral sides of the frame 5 and a rod mounting leg part 4 for mounting a fishing rod. The frame 5 is equipped with a pair of side plates 8 and 9 in which the spool is arranged therebetween and connecting members 10a and 10b for connecting the side plates 8 and 9. In the reel body 1, a first cylindrical part 11a and a second cylindrical part 11b eccentrically arranged so as to intersect the outer peripheral circle of the first cylindrical part 11a are composed of the side cover 7 and the one side plate 9 on the side for mounting the handle.
