CONSTITUTION: An air-conditioning device comprises an air-conditioning core, a first air-conditioning path, a fluid passage, and a second air-conditioning path. The air-conditioning core comprises a peltier device(7), a first flow path(9), and a second flow path(10). As to the peltier device, a first surface(7a) or a second(7b) surface is an absorption surface and the other surface is a radiating surface. The first flow path is installed near the first surface of the peltier device. The second flow path is installed near the second surface of the peltier device. The second flow path comprises a first fluid path(13), and a second fluid path(13), which transfer heat between each other. The first air-conditioning path is connected to the first flow path and circulates the first air-conditioning air in the first flow path. The fluid passage is connected to the first flow path and circulates fluids in the first fluid path as a heat-exchange medium. The second air-conditioning path is connected to the second fluid path and circulates the second air-conditioning air in the second fluid path. The first flow path comprises fins for the first air-conditioning and the first fluid path comprises heating source fins.
