A cover is arranged on the upper surface of the thermal deformation suppressing member and closes the space where the electronic device is arranged.

The base ring includes a rectangular or circular central opening(28a) capable of receiving the electric connector. The fixed ring inserts an edge of the central opening into an edge around the probe substrate.
