摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain a time synchronization system which ensures information transmission efficiency, without being conscious of the time synchronization operation and whose reliability is high. CONSTITUTION: The time synchronization system is constituted of a receiver 102, which receives a time signal from a global positioning system(GPS) 101 and by which a reference signal, for time correction, synchronized with Universal Time Coordinate(UTC) and a time serial signal expressing the absolute time are output. The system is constituted of a time distributor 103, by which a time synchronization signal synchronized with the UTC is synthesized on the basis of the reference signal, and the time serial signal and on which a time-synchronization-signal distribution means to a plurality of terminal devices 104 is mounted. The time synchronization signal is distributed and transmitted to the plurality of terminal devices which constitute the system from the time distributor, and the time is synchronized collectively between the terminal devices.
