    • PURPOSE: An electrode device having a flexible tube for high frequency thermotherapy is provided to prevent moisture evaporation from the inside of tissues on a lesion region by forming a circulation line of cooling water inside an electrode needle. CONSTITUTION: An electrode device(10) for high frequency thermotherapy has an electrode needle(50) which is formed as the front of a handle(20). The electrode device for high frequency thermotherapy cauterizes and necrotizes a lesion region using high frequency heat which is generated in the electrode needle. A flexible tube(40) is installed between the handle and the electrode needle. The handle comprises a grip portion(21) and a slide portion(22) which is slidingly movable to the inside of the grip portion. A push rod(30) of a metal material is combined with one side of the grip portion at a leading end of the slide portion. The rear end of the flexible tube is combined with the leading end of the push rod. The rear end of the electrode needle is combined with the leading end of the flexible tube.

    • The present invention relates to a stent operating device which is capable of cauterizing, and, more particularly, to a stent operating device (1) which transports a stent (S) to a lesion site of tubular tissue through multiple tubular members (3) and which comprises bipolar electrode (7) which cauterizes the lesion site by being installed in the end of an operating device of the tubular members (3); a high frequency generator (9) which enables a radiation of a high-frequency current from the bipolar electrode (7) for cauterizing by being connected to the bipolar electrode (7). The lesion site is cauterized and necrotized through the bipolar electrode (7) in the tip of a moving tube which is loaded with the stent (s) before and after the operation of stent (s) in the lesion site, thereby effectively preventing a generation of restenosis in the lesion site.
