The present invention controls the position of the power transmission cable insulator and the line cable insulator in a horizontal direction by rotating the driving screw for adjusting the position of the cable from side to side in order to control an interval between a power transmission cable and a jump cable arranged horizontally, thereby controlling the interval between the power transmission cable and the jump cable in order to prevent interference.

    • PURPOSE: A pulling eye for drawing out a power line is provided to prevent a disconnection of a wire using a rotation roller when passing through an underground protective duct or buried conduit. CONSTITUTION: A leading end of a power line is inserted from the rear to the front of a penetration hole of a power line induction frame(10). The leading end of the power line is received between a lower connection unit and a lower fixing unit through a connection hole. An anchor bolt(11) is coupled with a coupling hole of a wire pulling frame(20). The leading end of the wire is inserted through the penetration hole of the leading end of the anchor bolt and is received between the upper connection unit and the upper fixing unit through the connection hole. The leading end of the wire is closely adhered to the upper elastic plate with a long bolt. The leading end of the power line is closely adhered to the lower elastic plate with a fixing bolt of a fixing hole(24). The power line is drawn out by pulling the wire. A rotation roller(18) fixed in the leading end of the elastic bar minimizes the friction between the power line induction frame and the buried conduit or the inner circumference of the protective tube.
