摘要： PURPOSE: A ceiling panel for a bath room and a construction method thereof are provided to construct the ceiling panel easily, and to reduce the construction period and the construction cost by continuously connecting the frames of the ceiling panels with the assembling member. CONSTITUTION: A frame(40) is manufactured by crossing plural light steel bars, and a form tape(50) is mounted in the lower part of the frame. A ceiling plate(60) is integrally mounted in the lower part of the form tape, and the frame, the form tape and the ceiling plate are integrally formed. An installation unit is formed in the middle of a ceiling panel(30) to connect the ceiling panels by an assembling member by opening a door plate. A mortar layer is formed in the vertical inner wall of a bath room, and a tile layer is formed by mounting the tile on the outside of the mortar layer. A sill is formed in the upper parts of the mortar layer and the tile layer, and the edge of the ceiling panel is fitted to the sill. The ceiling panels are continuously constructed by connecting the frames of the ceiling panels with the assembling members.

CONSTITUTION: A mold(1) for forming a plate is composed of a first outer frame(3) having a stepped portion and a mounting space, a glass plate(4) installed at the stepped portion, a second outer frame(2), and a shock absorbing unit. The second outer frame is fixed to the first outer frame by a bolt, and prevents the separation of the glass plate. The second outer frame includes a bracket coupled to an upper mold. The shock absorbing unit is interposed between the stepped protrusion and the glass plate. The glass plate is made of tempered glass, bulletproof glass or compressed glass, and is more than 6mm in thickness. The shock absorbing unit is made of heat-resistant teflon material.
