    • PURPOSE: An anticorrosive ion water treatment apparatus and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to effectively remove scales and corroded products by increasing the physicochemical reactivity of zinc ions. CONSTITUTION: An anticorrosive ion water treatment apparatus(1) includes a housing(40), a cap(50), and a rotary flange(60). The surface of the housing is coated with an anticorrosive agent. The cap is connected to both upper and lower parts of the housing. An o-ring(20) is combined with the outer circumference of the cap. The rotary flange is connected to the cap. The housing includes a plurality of fluorine reins members(30) and a plurality of zinc assemblies(10). Zinc assemblies are installed between the fluorine resin members.

    • PURPOSE: A zinc plate for an ion water-treatment apparatus for corrosion inhibition and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to effectively prevent the generation of corroded materials, scale and slime on a pipe, and to remove the corroded materials, scale, and slime by inducing fluid flux to a pipe inner wall by enhancing the physicochemical reaction of zinc ions with the corroded materials, scale and slime existing in the pipe inner wall. CONSTITUTION: A zinc plate(10) for an ion water-treatment apparatus for corrosion inhibition consists of a zinc assembly in which multiple zinc plates(100, 200, 300) are combined. The zinc plate comprises a fluid inflow part(110); a fluid penetration part(130) integrally coupled to the fluid inlet part; and a fluid outflow part integrally coupled to the fluid penetration part. Multiple flow channels(140, 240, 340) where fluid flows are equipped in the fluid penetration part. The zinc assembly includes at least one vortex generator(400, 500). In the vortex generators, flow channels, which are respectively included on multiple zinc plates, are arranged in cross to generate vortex within the flow channels. The fluid inflow part and the fluid outflow part of different zinc plates are combined to generate additional vortex, and the fluid pressure is compensated to uniformize the fluid pressure.
