    • PURPOSE: An oil curing type rapid hardening polyurea spray composition is provided to inhibit quick-hardening reactions of polyurea by minimizing use of a chain extender such as D.E.T.D.A (Diethyl Toluene Diamine), to delay a part of the quick-hardening reactions by using methylene bi-oxychloroaniline, and to attain excellent properties of the polyurea. CONSTITUTION: An oil curing type rapid hardening polyurea spray composition comprises 1:1 of a prepolymer solution [A] and an amine mixture [B] by volume. The prepolymer solution [A] comprises methylene diphenyl diisocyanate prepolymers. The amine mixture [B] comprises an amine compound forming urea bond inside molecules by reacting with the solution [A]. The amine mixture [B] contains 2-8 weight percent of methylene bis-oxychloroaniline about 100 weight percent of the solution [B]. A NCO content of the methylene diphenyl diisocyanate is 12-14%. The amine mixture [B] comprises 20-23 weight percent of a chain extender compound, 71-75 weight percent of a polyol compound, 0.4-2 weight percent of a plasticizer compound, 2-4 weight percent of a pigment compound, and 0.2-0.3 weight percent of an adhesion promoter compound on the basis of total weight of the solution [B].
